Our company is made up of individuals from a range of art disciplines, backgrounds and countries to give us the edge in bringing unique architecture to the table.
Partners
Stefania graduated at Politecnico di Milano Italy. Since 2007 she has collaborated with some of the most important architectural companies in Milan.
In 2013 she joined MPA and quickly became a key designer; managing and developing a large number of national and international projects.
After several years working on high fashion retail, space planning and interior design projects Stefania gained extensive experience and in 2018 become the new Managing Partner of MPA srl, leading the company with Alberto Sismondini through new challenges.
Alberto graduated at Politecnico di Milano Italy. Since 2013 he has held the role of Project Leader with one of the most influential architectural practices in Milan, not only working on projects in Italy but internationally too.
Alberto’s role allowed him to gain extensive experience working on mixed-use, retail, residential, refurbishment and commercial projects, as well as overseeing designs from concept to completion. In 2018 he became a Managing Partner of MPA srl along side Stefania Odelli.
The team
Kristina graduated from University of East London in the United Kingdom. Since 2014 she worked in an Architectural firm in London, where she gained extensive experience working on mixed-use, commercial, housing, community, workspace, arts & culture and private residential projects, quickly becoming a key member of the team. She obtained her Architect’s license in 2018 and one of her biggest achievements is a 10000 sqm drama school in South London, in which she was involved from design concept to completion.
After permanently moving to Milan in 2019 Kristina collaborated with several architectural companies, working on multi-use, residential, commercial, interior design and retail projects. In 2022 she joined MPA, where she worked on extensive number of luxury retail projects, as well as private residential and offices, in Italy and abroad. Today Kristina’s role as a Senior Architect continues to grow through the processes of project management, tender and construction packages and site supervision, constantly facing new challenges and focusing on delivering projects successfully on strict timelines.
Silvia graduated from Politecnico di Milano, Italy, with a Master’s Degree in Building Engineering and Architecture in 2021, and has been a licensed Engineer since 2022. She began her professional experience collaborating with professionals in Switzerland in the luxury residential sector, gaining solid expertise in both new constructions and renovations, following projects from preliminary design through construction and final delivery to private clients.
After starting her freelance career in Milan, Silvia joined MPA in 2023, where she strengthened her skills in the luxury retail sector, working on several projects for major international brands as well as office spaces. Thanks to her interdisciplinary background and diverse professional experience, Silvia has developed a hybrid profile that combines technical expertise and project management skills. This allows her to oversee the entire design and administrative process as a single point of contact for clients, building strong and reliable relationships throughout all project phases. Her ongoing collaboration with MPA represents a continuous path of growth, further consolidating her specialization in the retail sector.
Federica attended the Architecture programme at the Politecnico di Milano, specializing in interior architecture.
Once graduated in 2020, alongside the start of her professional career, she pursued an academic path that included a Master’s degree in museography and an experience as a teaching assistant in a design course at the Politecnico.
After gaining experience in residential and interior architecture fields, in 2023 she joined MPA, starting a collaboration on several luxury retail projects overseeing all phases; being allowed to follow the projects from the initial concept to the opening of the store, Federica has built a versatile profile that blends technical knowledge with project management capabilities.
Giulia graduated from the University of Genoa, Italy, after completing a study abroad program at Florida International University in Miami, Florida.
Since 2020, she has collaborated with architectural firms on high-end residential and hospitality projects across Italy, France and Monaco. In 2023, she relocated to Milan to join the MPA team, working primarily on luxury retail projects.
Verdiana graduated from Politecnico di Milano in 2017. Since then, she collaborated with several specialized architectural practices, focusing on the architectural design of mixed-use public buildings.
After obtaining her professional qualification as an Architect in 2018, she gained extensive experience in the restoration and reuse of historical heritage. Her background also includes a specific focus on the fire safety compliance of publicly owned listed historic buildings and the regulatory adaptation of sites subject to historical-artistic constraints.In 2023, she joined MPA, where she focuses on the executive design and engineering of complex retail projects. In her current role, Verdiana manages national and international developments, overseeing everything from technical-economic feasibility and tender documentation to works supervision across Italy and Europe.
Nicolò is an Architect who has been collaborating with MPArchitetti since 2019. In this role, he specializes in the design and delivery of luxury retail spaces, while also maintaining a diverse portfolio that includes hospitality, residential, and workplace projects.
During the previous two years, he worked with a Milan-based architectural firm, focusing on the design and technical development of competition proposals for several Expo Dubai 2020 pavilions.
Nicolò earned his master’s degree in architecture in April 2018 from the Politecnico di Milano, graduating from the School of Architecture Urbanism Construction Engineering (AUIC).
