Luxury Retail Brand Office Headquarters

In 2023, Mpa participated in an invited competition to design the expansion of a luxury retail brand’s headquarters in central Milan.

Functionality, simplicity, and a design in line with brand’s philosophy led Mpa to win the competition and consequently to the project’s completion in 2024.

The project core is the staircase, located in the centre of the offices and connecting the new floor with the existing one, without interrupting the view with bearing structures or pillars.

Another key element of the project is the showroom for welcoming VIP clients, which was treated like a boutique.
